Help on set up

Hi All,

Looking to get started in the correct place so after some basic advice (hopefully).

I want to create a website which will contain several areas.

1st off the website needs to allow users to sign up to it using social media accounts (i.e. facebook) - easy enough?

I then want my site to allow users to list their products for sale on my site (abit like amazon) and let them achieve sales on my community - possible?

I would then like to add another section where users can share content between each other - can this be done?

Sorry its vague but I need to be at this stage until I know the best place to go to set up this type of site. Are website builders like this one capable of creating this type of website?
