Send Order information to Zapier

Hi,

After a Customer purchases a product, is there a way to send the order information to Zapier.  I just need the email address.

Customer Support sent me in the direction of the forum to look for a solution, however I have not found the answers yet.

I'm interested in the same thing... there doesn't seem to be a Squarespace to Zapier function set up for Commerce. I think that's something Squarespace would need to build and make available. 

I'd be curious if anyone has found a work-around for this.

I am also interested in this! I have spoken with Zapier at length about it and I have got as far as looking into building a custom integration. BUT, Squarespace says the functionality is available with the Commerce plan? I just need order form details collected from Zapier and sent to our CRM.

Have you had any more luck at all?

It will depend on your specific needs - the data you need to acquire and where you need to send it. If your needs are the same as the original question in this thread, then you'll need a tool that can access the Orders API. There's another thread relating to this that may be useful too.

With a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool like Parabola or Integromat you should be able to pull order data from the API, then flatten and filter it to meet your requirements. You should be able to schedule it to post the output to a Google Sheet. Zapier can then pick it up and act on it. 

Do you think this would help with sending purchase order info from Squarespace to Kajabi? When someone purchases a course on my Squarespace site, I want it to trigger the offer of a specific course in Kajabi.

Integromat is like zapier but they has wider range of squarespace event trigger that can help to connect other service

Thanks, I checked it out and it doesn't include Kajabi unfortunately. I think I need to find a work around.

Kajabi support webhooks, you can investigate that way

I just wanted to jump in and say that even though we don't have Kajabi developed on Integromat yet, you can always use the generic HTTP module to reach their API 🙂

If your site is not public please set up a site-wide password, if you've not already done so.

I'm also interested in this answer. Has there been an easier way yet to obtain the email address once a customer has bought something? 

I have been able to access and transfer this data with Pabbly Connect. I do find it strange it’s not an option with Zapier and it means I am paying for both as Pabbly doesn’t integrate with Dubsado while Zapier does. I’d love to find a unicorn that does both.
