jonaverill
Site URL: https://www.wellfest.ie/ Hey all. A client has been complaining cookies banner appear every time on safari/iphone on a site. No matter if they accept it or not. Spent all day on this & after speaking to Squarespace support they've said it's a fault with Squarespace, that may or may not be fixed. This seems insane to me? If you have to accept cookies every time. But I can't de-activate as it will go against GPDR. It's a pretty embarrassing situation to be put in Just wondering has anyone else experienced this or found a solution. There could well be a hack to fix it. Just seems bizzarre to me. Unless the information i've been given is wrong. Thanks! Link to comment
Alehstudio
Same here. I contacted the customer service that, as always, replied with the useless phrases: "After looking into this, it appears that this is an issue our team is aware of on our end for Safari. We’ve noted this for our Design and Engineering teams to review, and they’ll use this feedback when implementing fixes and improvements in future releases. Please keep in mind that there are many moving parts we need to address before any changes are made, and we can't guarantee changes to this behaviour in the immediate future. That said, all feedback is reviewed and your continued input is always encouraged." Did you manage to work it out? Link to comment
