Custom Items for Specific Customers

Hello All,

I am using Squarespace v7.0 Bedford and work primarily in "stocked" items, but am trying to branch out into custom items for customers, I believe i have it setup the best way for the initial contact, and reservation services, but then how would the best way to go for the actual product, as they would all be different prices/items.

As far as i know there is no way to "force" an order to a specific customer account- i.e. show an order that is awaiting payment.

is there any idea, or should i just pursue sending invoices externally?
