Disabling custom cursor in edit mode?

Recommended Posts

I've successfully managed to use code injection in the header of my site to create a custom cursor (+ hover effect), but am wondering if there's anyway to now disable the custom cursor on the backend/edit mode. I think the cursor works great on the live site, but it's a bit cumbersome when actually editing the content, blog posts, etc.

Any thoughts, or know if this is doable?

I think when editing, the body will have a different class. You can target that class to disable the custom cursor.
I have never checked it so I am not sure what the class name is. 😅
