Ideally someone would use the form to "subscribe", the name and email would be added to ConvertKit contact list and the user would be redirected to my survey and take my survey for which I will send him/her a free offer. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this and could point me in the right direction. Thanks, Valerie Link to comment
