How do I change the navigation hover colour

I need advice/code on how to change the navigation hover colour please.

I am having this same issue. I need to change the color of the nav drop down in order to view the folder contents. I've tried changing the color theme, but there isn't a section that allows color customization to the nav folders and hovers.
