best template for NFP arts org offering workshops

I volunteer for a small arts org that offers free drawing workshops and am wondering

1) what is the best template to use

2) how to set up reoccurring workshops - i.e every Tuesday is Figure Drawing 9:30 to 12:30, Wednesday is Still Life drawing 1 to 4pm etc so that they show up as a list as in a calendar.

3) referring to point 2  it would be a bonus if the workshops showed  on their own page as well as highlighted on the main page
