Anyone know how to achieve these two things with site styles?

I'm using the Aria template. I have only two things left that I want to achieve with the design of my portfolio site, but can't find a way to do it on Squarespace. This is one of my portfolio pages and these are the two things I want to incorporate.

• Image overlay and caption, opening the image up to a page with a description

• An image as the header/navigation background (which I have)

I can't find a way to achieve both these things with anything on Squarespace. I'm happy with my site design overall, so this is the last thing I need to figure out.

Thanks tuanphan, yes I fixed the image in the header, but I still don't see a way to add hover overlay and text to my images on my gallery page.
