Poster Images text white on white in 7.1

Hi There

As you'll see from my example, the Poster image blocks we're using have changed to white text on a white block for some reason, rendering them illegible (this has happened on multiple 7.1 sites we're working on) 

Can anyone give me a fix for this, I cant seem to make it work. 

Also, we've tried going into design and changing the color of the text, this was unsuccessful as the text color is already set to black.

I am guessing this is a new bug.  I am getting the same result.

You can fix temporarily by adding this code to Home > Design > Custom CSS
