Text change on page refresh

Hello. I hope this request makes sense.

I am looking for the neatest way to implement a piece of code on my homepage to change a section of text every time the page is refreshed.

Example:

"My favourite fruit is bananas"

I would like to be able to change bananas to one of a random selection from a list (say apples, oranges, watermelon) each time the page is refreshed.
