Centre the Footer

Hi

I am trying to get my footer to be centred. I don't understand why the info block doesn't go across the entire webpage. I even tried custom CSS from a previous user's post. Here is the CSS I put in:

.tweak-footer-layout-columns .Footer-middle {
    justify-content: center;
}

Lastly, my page isn't posted yet so the password is my username (megnarium)
