ZachFrantz
Site URL: http://www.cultcoffee.co Hello- I'm having trouble tracking purchase conversions through Google Analytics. We put in our GA account ID in the 3rd Party API section (see pic) and we are tracking, bounce rates, clicks, behavior on the website etc. etc. but it's not tracking any purchases. Ecommerce tracking is also turned on in Google Analytics. Any advice on this would be great appreciated. Thanks! Boffix 1 Link to comment
paul2009
If you're using Google Analytics to track conversions for your eCommerce store, Squarespace normally sends information to Google Analytics for every received order. JJLeathersmith
I have the same issue. and the link that you send only says "If you're using Google Analytics to track conversions for your eCommerce store, Squarespace sends the following information to Google Analytics for every received order" But it doesn't seem to say how to get it to track conversions. After doing some research it seem that an additional code needs to be added to the "Thank you for your purchase" page after the sale but I cant find anywhere what the code should be. The method that I have used to connect Google Analytics to my Squarespace shop has been through adding the google analytics account number to the external API Keys. It is also only tracking everything on my page up until the checkout. This is the information that I get from the Google analytics page when I try look up conversion rates. Boffix 1 Link to comment

Guest
@JJLeathersmith - You're seeing that screen in Analytics because the eCommerce Setup is not enabled within Analytics. Please see the screenshot from @ZachFrantz above. You'll find it in the Views section in Analytics Admin. Link to comment
Boffix
Having the same issue, got e-commerce tracking all set up in GA but it is only bringing through non-subscription orders. Most of our sales are from subscription products.. Link to comment
