CostelloLegal
Site URL: https://gecko-maracas-par5.squarespace.com/home-1 Hello! I want to make my footer navigation have the same links as my header. I seem to be able to drag pages from the header to the footer, but that of course removes them from the header. And I assume that if I copy a page and move it into the header, I will wind up with two pages that I will have to update separately. As googling the issue hasn't proven terribly fruitful, I've devised a workaround in simply adding a text block to my footer with text that mirrors the header and making them links. However, there seems to be a limit to what styling rules they will accept. Though I can modify their margins and font-size, I cannot seem to change their color or remove their underline (though, oddly, they will comply with line-through). This is what I'm currently trying: #footer a, a:visited{ color: white; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; font-size: 20px; text-decoration-line: none !important; } Any advice on either solution would be much appreciated. beyond_skylines
Heya, there might be a better fix but what you can do in the meantime: Edit Header -> Write the Navigation topics in there and place them how you like it -> Make the words a link by clicking them and linking them to the already existing pages your header is refering too Link to comment
sundog
This took me a stupid long time to figure out, but just incase you still need help: Pages -> Footer Navigation -> Create New Page (+) -> Link ->Make the link title the same as the header nav page -> link to page It looks much nicer this way rather then linking to text place in the footer.
