Changing the Horizontal Line style, but keeping the theme colors

Hey! I'm having issues customizing the horizontal lines. I bumped into the code below:

.sqs-block-horizontalrule hr {
background: transparent!important;
border: 2px dotted;
height: 2px;
}

It worked and it looks like what I wanted, the problem is: every line now has the same color - a light grayish. I wanted them to follow the colors picked for each style on the Design section. Can anyone help?

You need to use CSS for each section
