Hide Index Background Image on Mobile

I'm trying to hide the index background image on mobile screens only. As you can see it's interfering with readability on the phone layout. I'm been playing with custom CSS but can't seem to get the code to work where the background image assigned to that index is hidden. Any ideas?

You can apply css to data section by using following code, just change data section id.
