Update formatting of image captions Squarespace 7.1

Hey, does anyone know how to update the formatting of image captions in Squarespace 7.1?

In my previous 7.0 Tudor template, I was able to set the captions as light grey text so they were easily differentiated from the body text.

However, in 7.1 the only customisation I've found is to resize the text to my small paragraph setting.

Please see the example below of my image text, compared to the body & heading.

This is for in-line images.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
