Only 20 Fonts in 7.1?

On the new 7.1 design settings I go into Fonts and only see about 20 different fonts separated into 3 categories. Where are the 600+ Google fonts I see advertised on Squarespace guides? My client wants to use the font Georgia and all help guides tell me that it should be there when I scroll down (I'm guessing they are all outdated guides now).

Can someone please help me find more fonts?

@just want to make sure I understand: Are Adobe fonts part and parcel with 7.1?

We don't have to insert our Typekit Ids anymore? I heard that Adobe is changing its policy that would affect designers using fonts for client projects, so I would like to be clear on this. Thanks!
