Hide Social icons in mobile view

Hello all,

I'm trying to figure out a way to hide my social icons when my site is viewed in mobile. 
Is this possible? I love their placement on desktop but they are insanely distracting on mobile. I'd also be okay with somehow dropping them to the bottom of the page. 

Any ideas?
