Styling text on image cards

I want to change the colour and size of the titles on the image cards, but I can't see where I can do this. It just seems to be recognised as normal text. What would the CSS be for this?

The title "Content" at the top of this page is an example of one I'd like to style differently. https://sprout-tuna-swnf.squarespace.com/content
