Contact Form Awaiting Connection to Zapier still displayed although connected

The contact form will not display and shows an error in editing view that storage still needs to be selected. Zapier has been configured properly with API key and testing was successful. Anyone know how to get contact form storage to update correctly?

I am having a similar issue.  Zapier cannot see my form despite it showing that Squarespace is connected.  I note that Squarespace help materials on connecting to Zapier are out of date and show choices that do not exist.  Additionally, they state that connection to Zapier only available for Business accounts and up.  I have a “Professional” account that the system will not allow me to upgrade to “Business”.  I guess that is because they are essentially the same level with an older grandfathered name.

I'm having the same problem. I have a business account, the app is connected in Zapier and I was able to run a test in Zapier. But on the Squarespace side, it still says awaiting connection and hides the form. Squarespace Support says this is a Zapier issue, but it doesn't appear that way.
