How to hide gallery that scrolls up at the end of the page

Hello, 

I am using the Flatiron template and one thing that bothers me is that gallery comes up when you scroll all the way on a page. Does anyone know how to hide it? I included a screen recording of it.   Would greatly appreciate the help!
