How to add the "Clothing Size" option?

Hi everyone,

I created an online store for winter coats. I can't find the "choose your size" drop down option :(

In the meantime, my customers need to add to the cart first and that triggers a popup that asks for the size.

I wanted the size to be chosen before the "add to cart" step... Is that possible?
