Responsive code for Twitter feed

I have a page that is setup similar to the image attached. Because I set the Twitter code block to a certain height it looks great on screens of a certain resolution, however when viewing on screens with a different resolution, the images adjust beautifully, but the Twitter feed stays at my specified height. Is there a way to make this feed (a code block) resize similar to how the images resize, so no matter the resolution (minus a mobile device) the page looks even and a perfect rectangle? One thing to note, this is not a Twitter account connected to my Squarespace account.
