JennieChancey Posted January 22, 2020 Share Posted January 22, 2020 I moved my site from Wordpress to Squarespace earlier this month and love it so far. I correctly connected both my PayPal and Stripe accounts. Stripe isn't having any issues, but PayPal is. I keep getting an error email from them and don't know how to resolve it. Here's what I'm getting: Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing: http://sensibility.com/store/ipn/ If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Thanks, PayPal Would sure appreciate some help in resolving this. Is it perhaps a page left over from my move that I need to delete? Cheers, Jennie Link to comment

To understand if basic troubleshooting for PayPal is needed, please consult our Accepting PayPal and PayPal FAQ guides. If you're aiming to use a third-party customized feature from PayPal such as Instant Payment Notification, you can look into Squarespace API keys or reach out to PayPal for support. Keep in mind that troubleshooting custom code is out of scope for Squarespace Advisors. Link to comment
