shayanmerchant
Hi all, It has been a while since I've coded and am just trying to do some basic CSS tweaking. I'm trying to make the background of one of my containers to be opaque for better readability. (Supertek Full-Line Catalogs section here: https://www.superteksci.com/home-1 ). I'd like to apply background: rgba(255,255,255,.5) to #yui_3_17_2_1_1579662890693_179, but I'm not able to do it right, I've been able to do the tweak for each block, but that due to alignment issues, it doesn't keep it clean when scaled. Am I trying to do something that is not feasible? I'm probably missing some very basic CSS knowledge, but unfortunately don't have a lot of time to study up right now. Screenshot attached. Thank you! shayanmerchant
Ok, I think I know the answer to my own question - the background property is not inherited by the columns and cells in the row. I'll validate and if that's the case, i'll mark this question as closed. Link to comment
