HELP - I want to launch but content keeps disappearing

Hello,

I have added in code from Calendly & Jotform onto a page on my website using a code content block.  

It works and i can view in google chrome and my phone but then after 30 mins or so, the built in form and calendar disappear.

Any suggestions?
