Looking for help with a Directory Searching (example inside)

I'm designing a Buy Local website with 25 (current business) and trying to find a way to make it easier for people to get on and search by business district and/or by service, City, or keyword.  This site below has a pretty good layout - and if you click through, I really love the way it columns everything, and would love to find a way to do that. Currently previewing using Maple, but hasn't worked well - So been working on a design in Impact, and like it so far, but open!
