yerin37 Posted January 18, 2020 Share Posted January 18, 2020 Hi, I'm part of a teaching co-op that is using squarespace. Our site has multiple managers, all of which teach individual classes. Our problem is that whenever a customer "orders" a class, all of the managers get the order notification. Since each manager only teaches their own class, most of the email notifications are irrelevant, cluttering our inboxes. Is it possible to send a single product's order notification to only one manager, or must every manager receive every product notification? Is there some other way around this problem (other than assigning one person the class manager)? Link to comment

By default, Site Owners and contributors with Administrator and Store Manager permissions receive email confirmations for new order.
