The email is automatically sent 24 hours after a cart or checkout is abandoned so you can stay in touch while your store is still fresh in shoppers’ minds. RichardTaylorCampbell Posted January 21, 2020 Author Posted January 21, 2020 Yes I have seen that information, but I was hoping to dig a little deeper and find out what was in those carts and if the person put the items in their cart but didn't sign up for email then how does the cart get emailed to them? or how can i make sure that cart stays there for their return?
