Multiple User/Site in Education

I teach entrepreneurship courses at the university level. I'm looking for a way to get an account with single billing, but allows me to add many users each semester to create multiple sites. Teams create a landing page to test out their ideas and I have 8-10 teams / 20-25 students per semester. I can't seem to find any good information about how to do this. Is this something that can be one on squarespace?

Squarespace do not offer this on standard plans (Personal, Business, Commerce).

Squarespace have an Enterprise Plan with an organisation dashboard where you can review all the Squarespace sites that your organisation owns in one place. However, it is significantly more expensive (ballpark $1000 per month).
