.sqs-lightbox-overlay opacity

I have worked thought a few CCS mods to get my gallery image block lightbox to look they way I want it to. I am having a problem getting the lightbox opacity to be 1 or full background with no opacity. Every time I inject a CCS mod the element z-index and opacity revert back to opacity:0.98

I have tried several variation but nothing works. Here is the latest CCS I injected. 

.yui3-lightboxoverlay-content .sqs-lightbox-overlay .sqs-lightbox-overlay-default.light.element {

    z-index: 10000000;
    opacity: 1;

}
