Removing Prev/Next options in Avenue template

Hi

Basically I'm using the Avenue template and can't figure out how to get rid of the 'Back to Work' and 'Prev/Next' options on my site

Here's my website:

When you click on one of the thumbnails the options appear underneath

Does anyone know how to get rid of these options entirely?

Hi there - I'm looking to have the navigational thumbnails that appear below these project controls removed entirely. It shows my whole home page so users can navigate but I'd like this removed. Do you know if there is code to remove this?
