Custom code for pop-up overlay

On my team page, I would like to be able to click on the name and have their bio pop-up as an overlay on the same page. I found a number of custom code option on the web, but none of them work. Would love some help on this.

You can use this plugin. Easy to setup.

You can follow this example to setup. (in this post, I use button, but you can replace with Text Link)

Idea here is create some page/blog for bio. Then insert bio page to Text Link. You will have lightbox when clicking on the name
