Scroll Bars on Every Single Text Block

Hello!

Everytime I make pages with text blocks they all end up having scroll bars per text block. Is there any way to fix this? or Custom Code I can use to force the text boxes to stay framed. The issue is that when users scroll down if they are using their scroll wheel on their mouse or trackpad and the mouse is inside one of the text boxes the page gets stuck trying to scroll the text block which doesn't have any extra characters or info to scroll to. 

Happy to inject the code into the boxes themselves if thats the best fix or if there is something more generic I can do to the page settings.

For reference im on the Sonora template.

I see you fixed?

Problem solved the typical overflow codes recommended on a few other posts were not working so I tried to replace what I found in the template code from chrome and modify with !important on custom CSS.
