Considering using squarespace for existing site update

Hello

My mother has a holiday cottage, organic farm , healing holiday website that needs updating . Am considering using square space as it had all business tools integrated it seems. However will the domain and all previous content and blogging done flow from old to new while keeping the domain name? Also thoughts on design of what to use for this type of business would be very welcome as am a newb to this . Thankyou

You can use a domain you already own with a Squarespace site by either transferring it to Squarespace or connecting it from your current domain provider. In what concerns importing content into Squarespace from another platform, it depends on the platform that is currently hosting your site. Squarespace supports importing some content from other platforms such as WordPress, Blogger, and Tumblr, etc. Check this help guide for further details:
