SS5 Canopy - How to remove white space below top stripe?

Still using SquareSpace 5, Canopy template. Marginally familiar with CSS editing. I've read all the code, as well as the general formatting/style settings, and I just can't figure out how to remove the significant white space that is between the built-in thin blue stripe at the top, and the flower/scroll background pattern I've added in the general main header.
