ubergirl
Is it possible to have a form that submits data to a variety of email addresses instead of just one? I have a client who would like to direct email to a different member of staff depending on which name the user chooses from a list or pull-down menu in a contact form. Can this be achieved through coding / customization? Link to comment
surftrip
This is the most ridiculous limitation, ever. Squarespace's only solution to this is to have the client create an email account the forwards to multiple people and use that email as the form email. In 2020, that's just not acceptable. We should, at least, have the option for CC: or BCC: likje every Wordpress form plug-in on Earth. Come on, Squarespace. Link to comment

bmo
Totally agree, it's such a frustrating and unnecessary limitation. It's embarrassing explaining to clients that it isn't possible for them to just add an extra email address. Link to comment
Susana_SQSP
Thanks for the feedback @surftrip and @bmo. We don't currently offer this feature, but I'd be happy to suggest it to our development team on your behalf. While we can't guarantee implementation of every suggestion, customer feedback is an important part of how we continue to improve our platform, so we appreciate your input. For any future feature requests, contacting Customer Support would be the best approach as per point 6 of the forum guidelines we don't usually track feature requests here.@ubergirl and @CBB, at the moment the only way to have form submissions being sent to multiple email addresses, would be through a forwarding setup under your email account. This is mentioned on our help guide here:Managing form and newsletter storage - Where you can send form submissions CBB and peterw 2 Link to comment
CRS
I am now in the same predicament!! I have paid for very expensive trustpilot service with the hopes of integrating my orders with product requests at a later date. In order to achieve this, a bcc of the order is sent to trustpilot, then they integrate the information and send a product review request for each product purchased. The tech has asked me to reach out to here for advice on a work around or coding option. I have posted my question in coding but here it is again: Is there a way to edit the source code of the email that's being sent out to a customer in any of your templates? If so, is there a way to dynamically populate structured data with customer information from within the source code? Is there a BCC functionality in any of your templates? Coreyjames11
I am in the exact same predicament. Has this issue still not been addressed with at least a plugin or coding option? Link to comment
EricCTomlin
Obviously it hasn't or they'd be responding. Kind of the standard from Square Link to comment
MaryPhilip_
Pretty sure you can use Zapier logic to send an email to specific addresses based on the options selected in the form submission. confuciuseducation
So no news about a Trustpilot integration yet? This would help a lot! Trustpilot is one of the most used review system, I don't understand why an integration isn't yet available... First time I am quite disappointed by Squarespace, I will then need to change platform and transfer my website... Beyondspace 1 Link to comment
