Targeting all "items" via css?

Hello,

I'm trying to make some minor changes to our website. I see that individual pages/sections can be targeted using the collection ID found in the body tag.

But what about "items"? We have a section that has a list of our projects, which links to their individual pages when clicked. The body tag displays "items" rather than the collection ID in these pages. Is there a way to target all "items" collectively, so we don't have to target every single project we have one by one in CSS?
