Removing ::before pseudo element from blog metadata?

Recommended Posts

In using the Rally template, if you display both primary and secondary blog metadata, it will show as follows:

I'd like to stack the metadata, however, when I adjust the CSS (with my limited knowledge/experience), I'm able to stack it with no issues, but it's carrying the ::before element attached to the secondary metadata (the tags), and no amount of content: none; or display: none; seem to shake it, so it's currently looking like this:

Any suggestions on how I should be laying my CSS out to resolve this? Thanks in advance!
