Guest
Ok so I talked to someone via CHAT support and they said nobody has brought this up to them regarding NYS and counties with shared zip codes and different tax rates. Which is find to be complete BS that nobody has said this to them. I have to put in the higher tax rate for those other counties which is wrong. Square space SHOULD have the option of importing a csv file with the counties, zip and tax rates. I have to manually put in over 2000 zip codes, which is a joke that square space does this. Square space needs to re consider how they have this tax layout setup. My wife who is a CPA can't believe that they don't allow importing or even shared zip codes. Link to comment
SquarespaceAddThisNow
I've asked SquareSpace Chat Support for the same thing. They should give users the options to override tax. Link to comment
