Change Templates

I currently have the farro template for my food blog and am wanting to change it.  Once I change it, will it automatically update all my current content or will I have to reload everything myself?

The answer depends on which template type you are moving to. The short answer is that you'll keep most of your content... you may lose the footer info and any content that is on template-specific page types. Squarespace has a good guide to switching templates.
