Markdown Block Cuts off

In the section that starts with +What is a CSA, the text in the markdown block is cut off on mobile devices if you open one of the options towards bottom.

Seems fine here. Can you take screenshot?

Actually, text goes past the image and since it is white and background below is white, it isn't visible. Attaching screenshot. If you open more than one option, it seems to do this; otherwise, if there is too much text it goes past the background image onto white background. This is only happening on mobile devices and not desktop.
