TAP_MB
Hi everybody, I am a bit shocked to learn that a blog page can only display 20 posts. After which, a terribly discreet arrow directs the viewers to a secondary page. This is entirely inadequate and in effect cuts the content of my site in half. I also want to add more posts which means this will just get worse. Does anyone know how to change the site so that all blog posts appear on the front page? I would rather not use the grid feature as it is only a temporary fix - the maximum there is also only 30 posts. Link to comment
MarcWatson
Hello @TAP_MB, Based on experience, this is not going to resolve itself anytime soon. It's best to find another route for a solution. You are probably going to want to use the summary block and use one of these options: Go to link below and look for the plugin called "Infinite Scroll" or "Infinite Scroll Filter". These will both increase the 30 summary block limit. The second one allows for tabs to be added. https://www.squarepaste.com Alternatively: https://www.squarewebsites.org/products/lazy-summaries Best of luck! Link to comment
margothermans
I've been using the lazy-summaries plugin for my website (www.halftijds.be/vacatures) and it works great! I'm using a summary for events here but it should also work with blogposts. tuanphan 1 Link to comment
Brian-JSF
Seconding Margothermans. The lazy summaries plugin worked like a charm and was pretty easy to drop in. Broken English on the link gave me a bit of pause initially but worked great! Edited November 24, 2020 by Brian-JSF tuanphan 1 Link to comment
