@Jo_SQSP please help?

So I've activated the AfterPay with the toggle switch as advised.

My clients go through AfterPay check out but then get NO order confirmation page. Squarespace lands them back on the check out page instead of confirmed order.

I've checked with Stripe and the payment went through as not captured. Once I clicked Capture within Stripe, it worked but:

  • customer is still not getting the receipt from Squarespace
  • stock levels are not impacted
  • no order number

Can we get some support with this? Spoke to Stripe directly and it seems the plugin at Squarespace end is not working correctly as payment goes through not captured.

If you are experiencing technical issues with your Squarespace website, it is best to contact Squarespace Customer Care. Only they can log on to your site and troubleshoot issues like this. You can reach out here.
