RyiGarry Posted January 2, 2020 Posted January 2, 2020 Hello, does anyone know if it's possible to keep a banner image the same proportions on mobile and desktop, so it doesn't crop to a vertical image? Instead using a single colour to pad out the top and bottom. This is an example of what I was looking for: https://wishfullystudios.com
tuanphan Posted January 2, 2020 Posted January 2, 2020 You can insert 2 images. Then use Custom code to hide 1 image on Desktop, hide 1 image on Mobile. You can try doing this, then share url again, we can give the code. Email me if you have need any help (free, of course.). Answer within 24 hours. RyiGarry Posted January 4, 2020 Author Posted January 4, 2020 This is my site (still a work in progress): www.motioncapturemonster.com. Are you able to help me with the CSS? Btw, when you say insert two images, how would I do this in a banner image - it seems I can only insert one here?
jgrenga Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 I'm having a similar issue with my site as well. How do you insert two images for a banner image? And would that same idea work for a grid gallery? Adding two versions and hiding one on mobile/desktop? Sorry if necroposting
