Changing Aspect Ratio of Banner Image

You can insert 2 images. Then use Custom code to hide 1 image on Desktop, hide 1 image on Mobile.

You can try doing this, then share url again, we can give the code.

You can also use CSS to resize image, or set new image on mobile. If you share link to your site, I can take a look
