Custom text on Product with Qty > 1

Hi All,

I am trying to allow my users to purchase >1 of an item, each of which requires custom text.  The Custom Product Form seems ideal, but it only works if all the messages are the same.

Usecase:  I volunteer for a non-profit children's theater program.  One of the ways we raise money is by selling "Good Luck Messages" where a friend, parent, or grandparent can send good wishes, funny messages, etc.  Most of the time, the people buy more than one message.  I'd like to set it up so that the customer can select their quantity, then get that number of fields for the messages.
