Sync customer emails who purchase to HubSpot

Short version:

I want to sync customer emails from those who purchase on our site to HubSpot. 

Long version: 

We have a Squarespace site using the Brine template and we are heavy HubSpot users (CRM, email, workflows, forms, advertising). We've built up demand for our product which will be taking pre-orders in a month, so we have a solid list of names we manage in HubSpot. We use HubSpot forms embedded in the site, so we get names from people who come to our site that weren't reached by advertising. (site for reference: https://www.bruisecruisegame.com) 

What I ultimately want to know is if someone comes to our site and purchases, but isn't on our mailing list, how can I sync those names with HubSpot other than by exporting and importing names. I know it's possible, but I don't want to have any manual processes at all. 

I will mention that we're using the business plan for now. When we start taking pre-orders, we'll move to a commerce plan, so maybe the answer is obvious with one of those plans, but for now, I can't figure it out. Even with Zapier. It looks like there's only newsletter integrations.

I realise this is an older post but I’m still gonna chime in as this might be helpful for someone in the future 🤓.

You say you didn’t find the solution with Zapier which means you are not opposed to using third party services. I would suggest checking out Integromat. It’s a no-code integration platform just like Zapier but it’s way more powerful and affordable. There are off-the-shelf integrations for both Squarespace and HubSpot and there is actually a premade template that I believe solves this very problem. With this template, Integromat monitors new orders in Squarespace, checks if the customer exists in HubSpot and if not, the customer is added as a contact.

Would you maybe mind elaborating on your use case a bit? The thing is, Integromat is all about shuffling data between systems, it does not really track anything 🙂
