Image Change on Hover with Clickthrough

Hi everyone and Merry Christmas.

I am looking for some code, perhaps for a code-block. I want to make an image change to another image on hover but still have a clickthrough link to another page.  Can anyone help me with this?

If you go to this page you will see I found some code to successfully change the image on hover, however I would like it to also click through to another page.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I'm having the same issue

@DanielTaylor He hired me solve problem. You can use Image Block + CSS or Code Block + CSS.

(he chose Code Block + CSS).

You can create 2 image blocks, add image, add link, then share link to image block on your site, i can take a look with code to change images.
