Five main navigation - Scroll down feature - Adding Click trough link to the scroll down feature

My website has Five template (https://www.hautauspalvelutoro.fi) and i used this custom code to be able to also let customers click trough the scroll down option (TUOTTEET JA PALVELUT):

The click trough link should go here: https://www.hautauspalvelutoro.fi/tuotteet-ja-palvelut-1  with the old information given in this forum, and it did use to work. But for some reason, it is not working currently. Can anyone help me here?
